Ruth’s also been a salon owner, so she knows what it takes to make it in this industry, and that’s what makes her so relatable. She’s just like other stylists…she knows the joy and pain of striving for goals and is willing to share the good, the bad and the fab to inspire others. Her down to earth coaching style sets people at ease, allowing them to understand and retain information better. And, the open safe community she cultivates with stylists enables them to develop their confidence and skills to a level where they can create anything imaginable.

Ruth also works with salons to create stunning images for branding. She guides them through the process of learning the skills needed to create looks; execution of a photo shoot, including tips and tricks of photographing hair; and strategic planning on how to utilize the images for editorial, social, contests such as NAHA and brand identity. She stretches people's’ imaginations while fostering their ability so they can attain their goals…usually with a chuckle or two along the way.
